Wendy Foroglou
Wendy was born and raised on the West Coast in the beautiful community of Rolling Hills Estates, CA. After attending college at Westmont in the picturesque hills of Santa Barbara, Wendy moved to the east coast. On Long Island, Wendy became a NAR member, met her husband and enjoyed beach living in Long Beach, NY.
After 17 amazing years on Long Island, it was time to move to the Valley of the Sun. Now living in the fun and vibrant Arcadia area, Wendy joins the NEWHAUS Real Estate Team. As Transaction Coordinator, her job is to facilitate the paperwork and logistics of each sale to ensure expediency and transparency all while making a pleasurable experience for all involved.
When not assisting in bringing the purchase of dream homes to reality, Wendy can be found walking her two Cavaliers, Lexi & Lola, around the neighborhood. She is also a fitness enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, and paddleboarding throughout the beautiful state of Arizona. Wendy, along with the NEWHAUS Team will bring the commitment of excellence to every home purchase.
